Privacy Policy

LockedIn is a dating app for adults, made by Cyrocob LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can delete it. LockedIn is only for people aged 18 and older.
Information we collect
Account information
- Phone number, used to sign you in with a one-time SMS code.
- Email address, verified with a code during sign-up and used to contact you about your account. It is never shown to other users.
- If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email address and basic profile information from Google.
Profile information
- Required: first name, date of birth (to confirm you are 18+ and show your age), gender, who you are interested in, at least one photo, and at least five interests.
- Optional: last name, bio, prompt answers, city (typed by you; we do not use GPS), job title, education, school, field of study, height, lifestyle answers (drinking, smoking, physical activity), and whether you have or want children.
- Photos are chosen from your photo library and stored privately.
Activity in the app
- Likes and passes, matches and lock-ins.
- Chat messages, reactions and read receipts.
- Moves and answers in in-app games and icebreakers.
Safety
- Reports and blocks you submit, or that involve your account.
Device information
- A push notification token for your device, so we can send you notifications.
- Basic technical and log data needed to run and secure the service.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, advertising ID or payment details, and the app does not contain advertising or third-party analytics.
How we use your information
- To create your account and profile and show you potential matches based on your preferences.
- To run matching, lock-ins, messaging, games and icebreakers.
- To send you notifications about matches, lock-ins, messages and game turns.
- To confirm you are 18 or older, keep the community safe, handle reports and blocks, and prevent abuse.
- To operate, maintain and improve the app.
Who can see your information
- Your profile and photos are visible to other LockedIn users in Discover and to people you match with. Other users see your age, not your full date of birth.
- Your phone number and email address are never shown to other users.
- Your messages and in-app activity are visible only to the person you are matched or locked in with.
Service providers
We share information only with the companies that help us run LockedIn, and only for that purpose:

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time in the app underProfile → Account Settings → Delete Account, or by following the steps on ouraccount deletion page.
Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your account, profile, photos, interests, prompts, likes and passes, matches, messages, game activity, notification tokens, and reports and blocks involving you. Copies may remain in our service providers’ routine backups and logs for a limited time before they are automatically overwritten.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your profile in the app at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, use the in-app tools or email contact@cyrocob.com.
You can turn off notifications at any time in your device settings.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls that limit each user to their own data, and private photo storage with short-lived links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
Age requirement
LockedIn is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above, and for significant changes we will let you know in the app.
